Food giveaway and 'We Care' parcels

Free food items are regularly available for collection from the Camira Springfield Community Centre. Food parcels are also available for purchase.

Christmas Appeal

Every Christmas, WCC collects and gives aways over 2,000 gifts, 400 food hampers and other support to struggling families and individuals in the community. 

Hall hire

The Camira Springfield Community Centre is available for hire for sporting, community, business meetings and events.

Back to School

At the beginning of every new year, WCC raises funds and supplies for hundreds of children heading back to school. 

Zumba

Come and exercise in a party-like atmosphere. We have multiple classes each week - visit our Facebook group for days and times, and to register!

Step

Join us for a Step class, run weekly on Thursday evenings. For more information, contact Harmonie.

Art, Craft and Laughs

A group where friends meet for fellowship, fun, friends, in an arts environment, open to everyone. Contact Natasha for information on 0422 809 384.

DV support

WCC seeks to support victims of domestic violence in the local community through a range of free services.

Playtime

Playtime is a program catered for babies to pre-prep age. Coordinated by a qualified early childhood teacher. Your little ones will play games, dance, sing, read, paint, do puzzles and so much more! 

Free legal advice

Appointments for free onsite or over the phone legal advice are available in partnership with HUB Community Service. For more information, call (07) 3372 7677.

Core, tone & tighten

Tap Dancing

This weekly class is open to all adult beginner tap dancers looking to learn a new skill, get some exercise in, and most importantly: have fun!

Annual SEEDS fundraising dinner

SEEDS is Westside Community Care's annual fundraising dinner held in June each year, supporting our charity work in the Greater Springfield community. For more information, email seeds@wccare.org.au.

Strength & fitness

Join us at our strength and fitness class, run weekly on Wednesday in the early afternoon. Contact June for more information on 0413 013 776.

Transformations

Transformations is a peer-to-peer support community that helps set people free from addiction and equipped to live healthy purpose filled lives.

Christians Against Poverty

We are linked with Christians Against Poverty, offering free debt help and budgeting assistance. Call 1300 227 000 to make an appointment with one of CAP's debt coaches. 

GEMS Confidential

GEMS Confidential is a family and domestic violence wrap around support, including free legal advice, counselling, pamper days and retreats. 

Men's shed

Offering a place for men to interact and share their knowledge and skills with like-minded individuals, delivering a service to the community of Greater Springfield and Camira.
